Small group, up to 5 athletes per trainer. Each athlete has his or her own program developed specifically for individual goals. Whether the goal is to put on weight, lose weight or develop strength, our programs continually place athletes in the top 10% of their teams’ pre-season testing.

Team
Training

We utilize team building techniques, as well as full workouts to maximize the off-season workout plan. Weight lifting, speed and conditioning (or a combo of all 3) are used to give teams a competitive edge. Along with gaining physical prowess, the team builds chemistry as players push each other to be faster and stronger.

Hockey
Training

From Mites to the NHL, our hockey-specific training improves overall game through skill, strength and mobility development. Level Up is the training home of notable players including San Jose Sharks’ defenseman Joakim Ryan as well as numerous NCAA athletes.
