  • Bootcamp

    Single Session $20
    A total-body workout designed to help tone and shape while keeping your heart rate up to maximize calorie burn. This 1-hour circuit style class changes every week to promote muscle confusion and avoid plateaus. You’ll use kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, DYNA balls, prowlers, battle ropes, ball slam and more! Prepared to be challenged.
  • Heavy Lifting

    Drop-in Session $20
    1 Month Pass $95
    You won’t find this at a standard big box gym. Build strength and conditioning program, in a high-intensity atmosphere. Every week there will be 3 heavy lifting days with each workout starting and focusing on a Big Lift (bench press, back squat, deadlift) followed by secondary lifts to compliment the motion (push, pull or lower) of the major lift, and 1 day of H.I.I.T for total body conditioning.
  • H.I.T.T.

    (High Intensity Interval Training)
    Single Session $20
    Ready to take it up a Level? Try this 60-minute interval class that combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts. Achieve maximum calorie output using a combination of weights, medicine balls, ropes, sleds and your own body weight to tone your body while improving overall endurance.
